New Policies in Place due to COVID - 19

Pick Up/ Drop Off Procedure

  • Face masks are now optional indoors but we still request that you follow social distancing guidelines. 

  • Due to social distancing requirements, we can only allow three clients in the reception area at a time. If you come as a family, please try to have only one member bring your dog into the salon or collect your dog.

  • If there is already a client in the salon, please consider waiting outside until they have gone and we have had a chance to disinfect door handles, counter etc. Please do not enter if we have reached our limit of three clients at any one time.

  • When bringing your dog into the salon, please sanitise your hands with the sanitiser provided, then let yourself into the first gated area and remove all collars/leads/harnesses etc to take home with you.

  • Exit the gated area and we will open the second gate to let your dog into the grooming area. Please do not open the second gate yourself

  • Once we have your dog in the grooming area, we will discuss grooming requirements and give you an approximate pick up time/let you know we will text you. We may need to keep your dog longer than usual due to extra cleaning requirements so please wait for our text/don't come back before your pick up time if one is given as this will add extra time to your dog's groom.

  • When you pick up your dog, come into the first gated area and we will let your dog in there for you to put their collar/lead/harness etc back on. Don't forget to bring them back with you!

  • We will be taking payments by EFTPOS or bank transfer only until further notice.

  • Please use the hand sanitiser provided on drop off and pick up.

  • Stay behind the red line on the floor in front of the counter to allow a 1.5m distance from staff.

  • Please stay home if you or someone in your household is unwell! Let us know with at least 24 hours notice and we can reschedule your appointment.
